Returns & Refunds

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. How to Start a Return

• Email us at support@maisonvie.shop with your order number and the item you want to return
• We will confirm the return and send you a return address
• Ship the item back in its original packaging

3. Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
• Gift cards and digital products

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we cover the return cost.
