By accessing or purchasing from MaisonVie ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to your order.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Each order is subject to confirmation and availability. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is approved. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund any amount charged.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Shipping is free for orders over $50; a flat $8 fee applies below that threshold. See our Shipping Information page for details.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the charge to your payment method. Card details are not stored on our servers.

7. Risk of Loss and Title

Risk of loss and title to purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided.

8. Warranties

Products are described as accurately as possible based on supplier information. Unless otherwise stated, items are sold as described on the product page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
